How to Submit

To submit your application, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit your application and as a Microsoft Word document only, so the reviewer can make comments.
  2. Email your application and all supplemental documents to irb@Heritage.edu and CC your supervisor/mentor/chair.
  3. Fill out this form when you submit your IRB application and supplemental documents.
  4. Allow 7 business days for the IRB team to review your application.

If you do not receive confirmation of your submission within 4 business days or receive your review within 7 business days, please email irb@Heritage.edu and CC your supervisor/mentor/chair.
